Best agent I’ve ever sold with and was really happy with the result. I was an interstate seller and he managed everything end to end from styling and photos, through the huge volume of calls and the inspections . Right down to being there as they removed the fridge and organising the electrician to remove the tv from the wall as I realised this had to be done last minute. Matthew called me after every inspection, always had qualified buyers lined up to look (most of them who did end up buying in the area), gave me detailed feedback.
