As mentioned I have known John over 10yrs in all that time I have not once had a problem with him calling me back and attending to what ever had to be done re managing my investment property. When it came time to sell my investment property he arranged repairs organised a stylist and sold the apartment including Settlement within 7 weeks......... The thing that amazed me is that I didn't have to do a thing . I certainly would have no hesitation recommending him weather managing or selling.
