I bought a townhouse from David in the mid-2000’s lived there a while, and then rented it out through his team based on a reference and they were great, then sold through him as well. All in very happy with the service when renting and David was available if needed and when selling he went the extra mile to get as high as price as possible - exactly what you want from an owner. All in all David was very professional and contactable with excellent regular updates and realism included in the conversation for what was best for me. He did great.
