We hired Hannan after a previous agent had badly mishandled our sale leading to us firing that person. Hannan was able to point out why the previous agents’ strategy had been unsuccessful and walked us through his alternative and clearly more sensible approach. We worked closely with Hannan and, at each stage of the preparation and marketing process, he kept us informed and kept in touch as we were understandably nervous after the recent bad experience. Once the sales campaign started in earnest Hannan pre-qualified buyers to deliver a good number of far better quality genuine buyers. Hannan continued to refine the sales and marketing campaign as we went forward leading to a good offer prior to auction. After some additional work Hannan was able to grow the offer to a point where it became attractive to accept this without needing to complete the auction process. The end result was Hannan CLOSED the sale process by delivering a good result in 3 weeks. The sale price was towards the top of all pre-sale estimates – a great outcome for us. We would be happy to use Hannan for future sales and his knowledge of the local Bondi market combined with great sales and marketing skills make him a good choice for your sale.
