Sharon and her staff are excellent. They make everything easy to understand, and Sharon kept in constant contact so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Raine & Horne Hobart is straightforward to deal with! They have a unique system, significantly up-to-date technology to put your mind at ease and extra special touches. I can not recommend them highly enough! Thank you, everyone!

Trying to rent out the granny flat myself was a stressful experience. I found it to be time consuming and needed to read through lots of applications, present viewings and be able to do background checks. Alicia and her team were so helpful and understanding about finding the tenant for the granny flat suitable with our family as it is a separate part of the same house. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent work of Alicia and her team and it removed all of this stress for me.

I have always rented from private landlords, so when I had to move house once again, I was very anxious about the whole ordeal of it all. While looking at other rentals for a place to live, I wasn’t very happy with the way other realestate agents went about things - it left me feeling a bit depleted & hopeless to be honest. Then I found this current property with Raine & Horne… The staff at Kingston Raine & Horne have been so very helpful & so kind. Alicia being my current realestate agent has been outstanding & so very patient, friendly & kind, always answering any questions I’ve had. Alicia gets things done when it comes to maintenance issues. I hope that Alicia continues to be my Agent & I hope that my tenancy is long term according to my financial situation.

The crew at R&H Kingsborough have been the absolute best to rent through. Usually real estate agents are a touch tricky to deal with, but definitely not these ones. Friendly, warm and overall just the most lovely - we even received little gift packs upon moving in! Thanks to you all!

I was having problems with my application making it to R&H. Once this was identified, a quick work around was established and successful outcome was achieved.
