Mandy was very professional and helpful when I looked at the place the first time and made sure I could get the keys even though I was moving on a public holiday.

I haven't rented in over 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the application process. I also greatly appreciated Julie's helpful and courteous approach.

Following a referral by a friend we engaged the Kingborough Raine and Horne Team since 2015 and we have not looked back. In the last 6 months Alicia Bird has been exemplary of the service efficiency , prompt accurate communication and Trust, that epitomise what we have come to expect from our Property Manager. In the last month our long term tenant bade farewell after building their own house. Alicia orchestrated a smooth transition, engaging trusted painters, carpet layers and Handy men to prepare an enviable home for a long lease tenant. The Accounts Team at Raine and Horne have always prepared payments on time and provided annual summaries for ease of Tax lodgement. We are truly satisfied with our current engagement with Raine & Horne. They have been our Eyes and Ears on the ground and we will continue to place our trust in their Hands.

We have had no problems with the tenants that Raine and Horne have selected and they have stayed for several years. The monthly accounts are delivered promptly. Julie has communicated with us well regarding any issues that have arisen with the property.

It’s a quite good experience with Raine&Horne Hobart. It’s my first time to rent a house from Raine&Horne, but it impressed me so much. Actually, I’ve heard this company for years, and I know a lot of people get help from their professional services. In the past, I just heard others’ stories, but today, when I really faced the terrible situation, only Raine&Horne gave the olive branch to us. They believe in us and they treat us as friends. Their professionalism builds up their confidence, their enriched market knowledge enhances their efficiency. The most important part is that they always show their kindness and concern to us. They are so lovely that I always feel like they are my relatives. They don’t mind we are foreigners, and still always give us great help from every little things. I really appreciate Raine&Horne Hobart. They are the best real estate company!
