I recommend Raine and Horne Rentals as we have very good experience with them. Immediate response to our queries and concerns and finding solutions for any issues found are really appreciated.

In renting out a property for the first time, Mandy at Raine & Horne has helped enormously with multiple issues, big and small, saving us an enormous amount of time and stress and making the whole experience pleasant and straightforward. Mandy's experience in property management, attention to detail, promptness, and happiness to dive in and sort out the tenants' concerns directly have really made things for us and the tenants so much easier, and so far we feel that we have received an excellent level of service in every way. Highly recommended!

Julie has been our agent for many years now and we are very impressed with her professionalism. If you’re looking for someone who “gets the job done”, returns your telephone calls or emails promptly and has an excellent knowledge of the rental market then you won’t find anyone better than Julie Barwick.

Sharon was always very easy to deal with and always kept me in the loop whilst I was getting ready to move and cleared up any concerns that I had along the way. I had many agents during my time at Chatsworth Street, but she was by far the best. Would highly recommend her to any landlord/tenant. Was sorry to leave to be honest. Goodluck Sharon...

Best experience with a real estate yet! The people that assisted us from this real estate were amazing! Alicia and Sharon showed us kindness, support and amazing work ethic! Also the bundles that new renters get, are absolutely beautiful! We felt cared about as renters for the first time in years! We are all so appreciative of the amazing job these beautiful people do and are still doing ongoing!! :)

My agent is Julie Barwick and she has always been an excellent communicator and active agent in looking after my rental house in Blackman's Bay. I live in Sydney, so to have regular updates, good descriptions of what needs to be done, with photos often showing me the maintenance required, is very good detail to provide me for quick decisions. She has always been excellent when attracting tenants quickly and ensuring the tenants look after my property. I cannot recommend Rain & Horne and Julie Barwick highly enough!

We have had a wonderful experience with Julie and Kingston RH Rentals. Everything we noted on our entrance report was followed up and repaired/fixed within days/weeks of moving in. Questions, calls and emails are replied to within the same day. We have felt extremely valued as tenants and that our concerns are listened to and followed up. Thank you Julie and Everyone at RH Kingston Rentals.
