Very happy with my agent, Maggie was friendly and happy to approach the owner when I made an unusual request to have a couple of chickens in the backyard. Owner was contacted and request carefully considered and granted. Application was quick with no fuss and I was in and unpacking boxes in no time. Thankyou

I’ve had a very good experience living in an apartment managed by Raine & Horne. I feel comfortable and truly enjoy staying here. The people are quiet, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes clients feel happy and supported at all times. The environment is excellent, and the team shows great manners and respect toward their clients.

I worked with Maggi George and Sarah Wooley. Maggie is my property manager- she is very efficient, quick to respond, very dependable and kind. I saw Sarah Wooley being very kind to a lady trying to find a place. She was being kind when others did not. Raine and Horne Kingston made great decision with these 2 representatives. For renters their nature and professionalism makes such a difference and I cannot recommend them enough. They gave me a hamper to congratulate getting the flat and this was such an amazing gesture. Even if I don't get a flat I would have felt still blessed and lucky just crossing paths with them.

An agency that cares about both owners and tenants. Very well organised, efficient with real places to rent. This agency doesn’t have fake advertising where the place is already taken. I was provided with timely answers and straightforward procedures. Thank you! ❤️

I have been overwhelmed with the care and passion they put into there job. Whenever I have had an issue they are straight onto it which shows they care about me and my family being safe and comfortable. Always polite and very easy to contact if needed. I couldn't speak more highly of Rain and Horne Kingston or any Rain and horne I've been through.
