I had the pleasure of working with Filippo D'Arrigo to sell my house again in Marrickville, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His professionalism, expertise, and exceptional dedication were evident from the start. Despite the off-market approach, Filippo's extensive knowledge of the local market allowed him to attract buyers and achieving a fantastic result. His proactive communication, negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment turned the situation around, and I am grateful for his exceptional service. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Marrickville who can deliver results, Filippo D'Arrigo is the one to choose.

We chose Fil and his team because they provided details on what our house could be worth based on their knowledge and sales of other houses in the area, not just a random number but on fact which is what we wanted to hear - then the photos, video were spot on and we actually sold the day we went live due to Fil's contacts with a price that we were very happy with , it could not have gone better - cheers R&H Marrickville!

Filippo worked really hard, was good with the communication during the campaign, and provided feedback on a regular basis and after each open-home without me having to follow-up (which I really appreciated). Filippo was always positive, conscientious and professional. Filippo made himself available after-hours on many occasions to deal with campaign management. Filippo was very easy to deal with. Giuseppe and Xavier also went above-and-beyond on several occasions to support the sale. Great team.

4 star rating as I didn’t deal with Filippo for very long. I viewed the property on a Saturday, he gave me clear advice on what I had to do to get it over the line. My solicitor and I had to do some chasing around, but my offer was accepted on the Monday. Very pleasant to deal with.

Filippo and team were very warm, welcoming, caring and communicative from day one. They always kept me updated with everything, were very patient to explain every step of the process, and took the time to answer each and every question with care. They were able to deal with a very difficult situation in a challenging market, while maintaining the utmost professionalism, patience, honesty and transparency. Would highly recommend Filippo and the team. Job well done!

I recently sold my property through Raine and Horne Marrickville. Filippo, my listing agent was open and honest throughout the whole process making the campaign successful and ending in a sale at auction. In addition to this Filippo and the team found us a rental and are now working with us to find our next home. I would not hesitate to engage Filippo and the team to manage my property needs in the future.

We bought our house from Raine and Horne Marrickville and then sold it recently. Over the years Filippo stayed in touch and we were kept updated on the state of the market. Filippo was a pleasure to deal with and had excellent marketing advice and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. Filippo prides himself on knowing the area and we definitely found him knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to deal with for both buyer and seller and does not engage in tactics that some agents use and he has more local sales than any other agent as a result.
