After completing high school it became evident to Casey that she wanted to start a career in Real Estate and after commencing a traineeship at Harcourts in McLaren Vale, she successfully obtained her Certificate in Property Services. Casey’s previous work industry, hospitality, has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to understand the importance of providing high quality customer service and experience. Casey takes pride in herself in providing an exceptional level of service to all clients. With a high work ethic, attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude Casey is excited for her future in Property Management and to continue to make having an investment property ‘easy’! “My decision to start a career in Real Estate has proven to be a great choice, I love working and connecting with people, providing a high quality of service and allowing families to make houses their homes of course whilst ensuring the landlords’ needs are always met”. Casey grew up in Aldinga Beach with her family, and has now recently purchased her first home and lives with her favourite pooch, Baxter in Aldinga Beach!

Nikita was born in the Adelaide hills and moved to the southern regions in her early teens, where she since purchased her own home where she lives with her partner and 2 beautiful fur babies. A nine year background in a Management role within a Retail Department Store has given her the right skills in communication and customer service to apply in her Real Estate career. Nikita prides herself on attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service to her landlords and tenants. When Nikita is not working, she loves spending time at the beach or a local winery or planning a little getaway with her partner, being outdoors brings her pure happiness.

Karlee was born and raised in the southern suburbs where she also built her first home.She is now raising her young family and taking advantages of the beautiful local beaches, parks and cafes to get the most out of her time with her children. As an avid sports fan she enjoys playing club netball and cheering on her favourite football team the Adelaide Crows. As Karlee has worked in the industry for over 10 years, this brings with her an ample amount of experience into our Property Management team. Her main goal is to make sure everyone is cared for equally and communication is the key to success. “I have lived in the southern suburbs my entire life including building my first home in Seaford Meadows. I have two children who I adore and on weekends as a family we go out and enjoy the local beaches, rivers, and cafes together. We love catching up with friends and family watching the AFL and playing a game or 2 of pool. As a homeowner I take pride in making sure all the properties I manage are cared for just as I would expect a homeowner would care for their own home and that tenants are presented with properties that they are proud to call home. I will endeavour to exceed your expectations for service and make sure we build a relationship that you can feel comfortable with throughout our time together.”
