Carly and her team were so easy to work with! Carly’s knowledge of the market is amazing and bang on. She has a good eye and was able to give us tips on what we could do to our house to put its best foot forward. Her team helped us feel supported the whole way through the process and the communication was always fast, friendly and reliable. Carly and her team secured an extremely high number of extremely high (in our mind) offers. We couldn’t be happier! Carly’s professionalism is next level. If you want the best… look no further

Chris Cotton and team were professional at all times. Harcourts Wine Coast communication was outstanding, I was kept up to date on all interaction with the purchaser in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them in the southern area.

Carly came highly recommended to me by my son who had sold a property recently by Carly and was very impressed by the results achieved. I was impressed from our first meeting with her knowledge of the area and sales plan. Being unable to have the house prepared before Xmas as hoped we settled on a mid January campaign. After two opens and 4 days on the market Carly had 10 contracts and a far better return than I could have hoped for. A very short settlement and no delays has been great. I can’t thank Carly and her team enough, excellent communication and backup.

Chris was friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to make seperate viewing times available for our family members to look at the property. The service we were provided by Chris and his team was highly professional. We were made to feel very comfortable with the path forward and supported to make an offer with the documentation required.
