It is an emotional time selling a home you've been in for nearly 30 years and 'Jules' was very aware of this and guided us through with no fuss. She was always available at the end of the phone line to help us with even the most mundane questions. Every step of the sale, she was there with her calming manner and permanent smile. This was not a typical "sales person", but a very experienced lady who became a friend that guided us through a very complex situation. Chris is a true blue expert if you want to buy your dream property in McLaren Vale or the southern suburbs. He is very honest, straightforward and so friendly, and is always prompt and responsive. Unlike some agents we have encountered so far that may hold Dutch auctions or secretly driving the prices up behind the scenes, Chris does none of that and he is very upright in the way he does his work. He also has a great sense of humour and we enjoyed communicating with him in our property purchase!
