Cloe was very helpful with advice on preparing the property for sale. The photographs of the property and marketing material showed off the property very well. She kept the marketing fresh and updated. She promptly kept us informed of any feedback following open homes - communication is one of her obvious skills ! Cloe was very pleasant, friendly, competent and professional to deal with. Being based locally she was readily available to potential buyers.
