As I am new in Australia so need a house/unit very urgently. I directly went to Ralph office and asking for a favour. They are very helpful . I really like the property. I applied for it before the inspection. The agents Natasha and Bruno are very helpful, they answered all the questions I had. They think for their customers - reduce customer costs and maximize customer benefits. They also allow a few days for them to clean the property before I move in, which is awesome. Very great experience with Ralph.

Could not be happier dealing with Ralph Real Estate. The first thing I noticed was how easy and unpretentious the application process was for a rental, so many other Estate Agencies use complicated 3rd party apps to apply where the links break or they are really complicated to use, not so here! My first interaction was with Natasha, who was very friendly and helpful at an inspection, I then spoke with a property manager named Bruno who was very helpful, warm and friendly. The next day I spoke with the awesome Sarah who kept me in the loop as much as she could. I could not be happier
