I personally asked real state agent to get me two bed room apartment , with out any hassle, and Ralph real state agent [Lady], got for me, 2 bed room apartment, in few days....! Its excellent customer serivce. I personally appreciate Ralph Real state..... to make Fair for their customers....!

Our agent is friendly & warm in person. But we experienced poor response time. It takes a while & further follow up from our end before the agent responds to our queries. I find other office staff in the agency unhelpful & lacking a sense of ownership when dealing with issues.
