Good Agency gone Terrible!!
Those thinking to Rent out their property, please STAY AWAY from Ralph!! They are most skilled in MISMANAGING and your unit will deteriorate and the tenant will likely take you to the tribunal, as it happened with me. You will also note that they mis-communicate and not follow instructions.
