Property transactions are always stressful however my experience with Chris is that this was kept to a minimum. The sale process developed very quickly and I was given straight and upfront answers the entire time. I hadn't bought inn NSW before and the rules were different to what I was used to. Chris kept it simple and gave me the next steps and what I needed to do to keep on track. Both Buyer and Seller are coming out of this with a good outcome.
