He updated me promptly and regularly right after each open inspection. I never had to chase after him for results like I did to other agents. We communicated very well from each other’s point of view which was very rare from other agents. Other agents simply forced their idea onto the clients. If I had ideas, I had confidence to tell Marc and when he agreed, he took action. Effective, efficient and close follow ups are the qualities which an excellent agent should possess. Marc got them!
