From the first contact I had with Chris, he showed his knowledge of the property market. He was able to advise on matters pertaining to the renovations and what would new owners be looking for in a purchase. I would highly recommend Christ, even through Covid he would ring to just touch bases, on a friendly basis. When the renovations were completely he was there to guide me through the paperwork, fully explain each stage. I have no reservation in commending Chris and his team to all sellers. Chris helped us buy a house recently and it was a great experience.
