Marc was both professional and friendly. He made us feel comfortable with the sale of our unit and push or rush us. He acted very quickly to satisfy us, had the sign up the next day, our add up online the same afternoon and was right on top of the open house. I'm very happy we chose marc as our agent and will most likely use him again.

My wife and I were so nervous going into the sale process Chris immediately put our mind at ease. His knowledge of the market place is second to none. After only one open home we received several offers and in less than a week we had SOLD for a price beyond our expectations. We would have no hesitation in using and recommending Chris and the RALPH FIRST TEAM.

Chris Wilding handled the sale of my mothers property as she was going into Aged Care in an emotional & difficult time for myself (her son & my wife) & I can honestly say he was superb from day one. His experience, advise & expertise in local knowledge & in general were second to none & we have no hesitation in recommending Chris & Ralph First National to anyone looking to list their property. From beginning to end, everything was superb & we had a wonderful outcome. Sincerely Nikols Haidar

Marc provided exceptional service. He was there every step of the way, explaining what was required and when... his ability to negotiate both behalf of the purchaser and vendor allows him to effectively achieve fast purchases with great consideration.

I am the buyer of this property. I am an existing client of Chris's Real Estate office and he was aware that I was looking to purchase my next investment. He called me regarding this property and arranged an inspection. Chris negotiated me quite hard obviously to achieve the best outcome for the seller and once contracts where signed I felt I paid to much and had some remorse. 6 months on and the market has progressed, I am now sitting on a great investment. I appreciate Chris's straight down the line honest approach!!!!

I would highly recommend Marc Dissinger to anybody who needs their house/unit or property sold. Marc knew this was a difficult sale as it was my family home for the past 58 years. Marc ensured that the the home was advertised and marketed correctly to ensure that we were able to grab the biggest market share possible. Marc knew the area well and what properties were selling for. He advised us that we should opt for auction and that we did and we were very happy with the end result. As Marc said to us this house will definitely sell on auction day. If I have to sell another property Marc Dissinger will be the one to call.
