From the first point of contact I was impressed. I messaged via facebook on a saturday night (not expecting to hear back until the monday at least), but Drew replied within 5 minutes! From that point on, every change no matter how big or small was communicated to me by Drew. It took a bit to get my place listed in the beginning as Drew and Toni had gone through and suggested a few things I should touch up to increase sellability. So waiting on trades held me up a bit and I moved interstate in the meantime. But once everything was touched up, it was advertised on social media the Thursday night, open house on the Saturday morning, and by Saturday afternoon I had received and accepted an off….at asking price! Drew kept me informed throughout every step of the process and never took longer than an hour to get back to me. I felt like I was a valued client and not just a number. Communication is important to me and Drew was exceptional. It was great to know that I didnt have to worry about anything from interstate and I had my full trust in Drew. Where do I start.. I made a very hard decission to sell my Unit in Alice Springs, ( im in QLD now). I didn't "need" to sell, but it was time for me to move on with life. My daughter suggested I call Drew, as she had previous dealings with their company. From the initial phone call, to the final call Drew always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale. I have never " sold" a property before, so I asked a million questions, all were answered with kind, helpful suggestions. He never pressured me or swayed my decisions in anyway just offered good sound advice, which was great, because I felt that I was still involved with the process.
