Exceptionally dedicated sales agent who sold my property purely via social media
I chose Toni Rowan and Drew Hendricks for their exceptional performance. I highly recommend Toni to anyone who is wanting to sell their property because unlike the majority of real sales agents in town, Toni has unparalleled knowledge of this town's market. Namely because prior to signing up I had spoken with two other agents in town, both of which didn't believe that I would be able to sell my property for anything more than I had initially bought it for and that was despite me having done some remodelling, repainting and making various repairs to the property. Toni also has a proven sale technique of using social media, which saves a seller from having to pay the realestate.com.au marketing fee. Toni was able to sign up a buyer and I was able to accept an offer which I was very happy with. Toni worked with Drew and this process only took less than 12 hours!! Like with Drew, I had also met Toni back in 2020. Toni worked alongside her partner Drew Hendricks and their partnership back then is no different to the present time. I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Prior to signing up with Toni I had had a curly question. Toni was honest to say her belief, stating she would check and get back to me. I hadn't need to wait too long and received a prompt answer. In summary, I highly recommend Toni to anyone wanting to sell or buy property within Alice Springs.

I chose Drew Hendricks and Toni Rowan for their exceptional performance. Drew has an unparalleled ability to not only know the market but how to achieve a record sale for his seller. My reason to choose Drew however came from knowing his past experience. Basically before I had even signed up with Drew to sell my property, I had met him selling other properties months earlier. I had met multiple agents in town at open days or at private inspections. (At the time Drew was working for an agency). I found Drew was the only agent who was doing things different. This made me think, "If I find something I want to buy from this guy." I also had been monitoring his agency's Facebook site over many months. Drew stood out from all the rest. Social media really worked. It was only months later when I was ready to sell had I engaged with Drew to sell my property. To me how I saw Drew to stand out from the rest was his ability to engage with all potential buyers. He asked for their feedback regardless of what they thought of the property. I could say a lot more but basically for me his open communication and keeping me in the loop made me feel at ease. I also felt the engagement of using social media meant he was more informative, honest and diligent, which are vital for achieving good results for both the buyer and the seller. So a big thank you to Drew Hendricks and his partner Toni Rowan who sold my property for a record price within a record time.
