It has been a long and tough journey to find my first house, I can't even remember how many times my offers have been rejected. I have already contacted a few interstate property agencies as there was no way I couldn't actually afford a house in Tasmania, ironically. I am really glad I met Teena at the end. I couldn't go to the open house as I had to work, I was thinking what was the point to skip a shift to attend an open home which I won't even get. Teena really encouraged me to at least see a house in person once before submitting an offer. Yes, I was that desperate, live locally and sent an offer without seeing a house. Teena opened the house for me in an awkward timing, just to give me a chance to feel the house. She was the most sincere agent I have ever met, and I have met a lot within those torturing 18 months. She is very thorough, patient, willing to explain in details, and she is there all the time when you need her help. When I finally got my house, I could tell she is genuinely happy for me. She even dropped by afterwards just to see how I go with my renovation. I can't recommend Teena enough, she really cares, really does. Thank you again Teena, you are such a wonderful person.
