I'm afraid i am unable to say anything good in fact i would go so far as to use the word appalling treatment. Nothing has been done that we were told would be done by Chris Neil when we signed the lease. He doesnt return messages or calls, this being extremely frustrating and stressful after receiving a very demanding email and text message stating we were 3 weeks behind in the rent when in fact we were in credit. He has also been very abrupt if not abbusive to myself We are renting a house that will be demolished when we leave yet only 6 weeks or so after moving in we had an inspection. We cant walk in or out of the house without shoes due to 3 corner jax but when we signed the lease we were told a gardener would come this was 4 and a half months ago. After loosing my home to the bank and having to rent then being treated the way i have been treated at this company there is no way that i have anything good to say in fact it's probably far worse then i state here and i believe that they would be served well by teaching their staff the meaning of the word empathy In all fairness this is directed at one employee that i have had to deal with here

All maintenance issues were quickly resolved without fuss and to a high standard, and the property management team facilitated inspections and open houses around my work commitments. Any problems were communicated clearly and were easily resolved. On vacation of the property, the team at AACE identified my account was overpaid and were quick to identify this and inform me to repay the funds. A truly professional team and business.
