Mixed experience
Did it all remotely and his assistant was excellent in keeping us up to date with everything that was going on. His current market knowledge for $ value that the house would sell for was either not there, or he over-promised to get our business. Ended up selling for quite a bit lower than we originally advertised the house for. Although it appears that he fought well to get the sale in the end.

Knowledgeable and Honest!
Paul Bateman knows how to sell properties! Paul is a very honest and forthright person who won't fluff about trying to set your expectations too high. He will work hard to get you the right price. Paul provides great service and goes above and beyond. For example, he not only changed the batteries in a couple of remotes for us to ensure that the garage door and air conditioner could be turned on, he also organized a cleaner to clean the house prior to settlement. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough!
