I recently sold in Caboolture South and with Narelle leading the way I obtained a massive profit, selling for more than I orginally thought possible and we acheived the highest sale in the street. Narelle does more than your average Real Estate Agent and does not under sell her properties just to have a quick turn over. Narelle provides a professional service and gets great results. I recommend her 100%. I have dealt with her on more than one occasion and both times have not been left disappointed. Narelle has a great team and can recommend and organise trades people. After 17 years in her family home, mum found herself alone and with maintenance becoming a challenge, decided to sell and move to a retirement village. She queried an online agent site and suddenly we were inundated with agents for us to decide from - all saying the same things, offering the same commissions, telling us not to bother staging, and importantly, all aligned on how much we would achieve price wise. But we wanted more for mum than the 'in and out in 2 days' option - we wanted to achieve closure and be excited about new beginnings, we wanted someone to commit to us and drive the process end to end, to make it seamless, almost easy.... And then we met with Narelle. The same questions we asked of others suddenly produced wildly different answers, which were backed up with solid data and information. She owns the business, so we knew we were talking with someone who had the authority to act for us, and above all, she is tiny, but her enthusiasm for mum's property and what she thought she and her team could do with it absolutely got us hooked. It took us about 5 minutes after interviewing Narelle to sign her - and we did not look back... Under pressure from family we stuck to Narelle's plan and worked with her teams to present the home in the best light. Boy were the results worth it - more than $120k over the BEST CASE presented by others... once she secured the contract though she didn't disappear as others might, but stuck around right up through inspections, financial work and literally handover... That's the hallmark of someone who doesn't just consider her work her job, but obtaining results is her passion (and her happy dance is something to behold).... It is my opinion that you will not find a better real estate agent than Narelle to sell your property.

We had a rental property for about 7 years and come time to sell (during Covid-19) we were blessed to have encountered Allaroundrealty and Narelle. It was supremely refreshing to discover a realty agent that actually had our best interests in mind during the sale, and not just one who provided the mandatory lip service. The effort afforded us to achieve a sale price well above initial market appraisals was due entirely to Narelle's skills to market and manage all aspects of the sale. We were never left out of the comms loop encountering a few hurdles requiring our input during the sale, and the entire process seemed quite seamless, a testament to Narelle's genuine care and professionalism.
