Derrick, Megan and Mandy went above and beyond to ensure that our first home purchase was as easy and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning they were all very helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions or late night emails that we may have had along the way! Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared about us and helping us. We cannot recommend this team enough! We are so grateful to the All Properties Team - Thank you!

Our whole experience with Chris exceeded our expectations! Chris was AMAZING!! From our first meeting to the final he was professional, honest, upfront and reliable. There was always communication through each step of the process. We had a very quick experience with Chris and his team because we accepted an offer within the first 24 hours of being on the market. We would 100% use Chris again and have no hesitations in recommending him. Thanks Chris!

Chris had a very good ability to understand the market and how to advertise the property. Showed people around and was very strategic in convincing the existing tenants to move out with the correct support. Very good communicator with myself and his team. I will ask Chris to sell my other property in the future.

My experience with Chris from All Properties was great for the sale of our 2 investment homes. It ended up being an 8 month epic journey which no one foresaw amongst very trying and unprecedented times. We listed the week Covid happened and we all went into Lockdown. At times I just wanted to throw in the towel and give up however Chris and his team never gave up and continued to show up and try to sell our properties. Chris and his team are fantastic. I am so happy with the respect and service I received. I would recommend Chris and his team in a heartbeat to anyone who asked me. And while I am at it I would like to also single out Megan who is a key part of Chris team. Megan is exceptional at her job. She always informed and updated me, and at times made me laugh when I just wanted to cry, and always encouraged me to hang in there as they were doing everything to get the houses sold. To say that Chris and his team worked hard for their commission is an understatement. I don’t think any of us realised what a hard slog it would be. So let me finish by saying a huge thank you to Chris, Megan and the team….from the bottom of my heart.

Chris is the king of property market in Drewvale. Throughout this side of Drewvale, one can see APG boards if it comes to Sale or Lease. He & his team- Megan, Mandy are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest & down to earth people. We are happy to buy this property and Chris made the process easier for us starting from contract signing till getting the keys. Chris was also kind enough to fix few repairs for us that was recommended through building inspection. From what we can experience, he balanced the fine line well enough between the seller & us. We would highly recommend "All properties Group" for buying / Selling/Leasing needs. Thank you Chris & APG team for making our dream come true... Siva & Maha

Chris knows Drewvale! We had a great experience in selling our home with Chris and his team, selling above asking price and without going to market. He genuinely had buyers interested in our property and made to process smooth, with open communication through the whole process. Will highly recommend Chris Gilmour and All Properties Group.
