Derrick was a great choice as the agent to sell our home. He always went the extra step to ensure that all bases were covered. He showed great communication skills and ensured that we were kept informed through every step of the sale. His knowledge of the area and his ability to find the right buyer was excellent. To the point that we had the house sold before it went to market and at an excellent price. In fact it was a street record for the sale price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Derrick to anyone who is selling a property in our area. Thank you Derrick for your excellent work.

Overall, Chris comes across as a smart salesman who has established an effective sales network in Drewvale and surrounding areas. He also seemed to have too much on his plate at the time. Chris is switched on and was responsive to my needs. I would engage him if I were to sell a property.

Happy Customers
Mathew and I were very pleased with how the sale of our house was handled. We were given helpful hints for preparing for sale and were very pleased with how the photos were taken. We received a lot of positive feedback from friends and family who looked at the advertising online and Chris and Troy were very professional when dealing with us. We were pleased with Chris negotiating the price we wanted. We have since recommend both Chris and Troy to friends looking for real estate agents and we will continue to do so. We will also be contacting them again when we are looking for our next property.

Excellent agent
