Derrick is a trust worthy and genuine agent always willing to help
We met Derrick early on in our house hunt to find our first property we met A few more agents and tested the waters but Derrick was always an open book with us on our house hunt always willing to help us find the property we needed for our requirements he showed us a few houses which we liked as all property groups market really nice houses we knew we were in good hands derrick showed us a property gave us an opportunity and we are very grateful for what Derrick did for us helping us into our first home derrick always had the information we needed as being first home buyers we were in new territory but Derrick was willing to lend advice whenever he could was a pleasure dealing with Derrick and will do in the future again

Excellent Communication. Great Experience.
Nathan and his team were great to deal with. Very professional, polite, and prompt with all communications. Nathan kept us in the loop the entire process and even got us a sale before going to market from within his large pool of buyers. Highly recommended. Would definitely use his services again.

Derrick Williams is always there for his clients
Derrick was up front at all times with the expectations of the market and the time expected to sell the property. He was always in contact ensuring I was aware of every stage of selling the property. Derrick is a very open, friendly person who has an extensive knowledge of the suburbs he sells having lived in the area all his life.
