When deciding which agent to go with I liked Nathan’s approach from the start. Very professional, put the effort in to give the property the best chance for a quick sale at the best price. Excellent communication from the whole team. Nathan’s approach is to give buyers the best impression of the house which includes staging and professionally printed brochures. I had to move interstate and Nathan was able to manage the landscaping and look after the house. The combination of the staging and landscaping really lifted the property. Having moved interstate a quick sale was convenient and Nathan was able to provide a signed contract within a week of being on the market in a difficult market. Nathan’s team made the whole process pretty effortless on my part. I would highly recommend Nathan if you are looking at selling your property.
