Very comfortable to talk to face to face. Comes to your place to make deal. Gives realistic and honest estimate of the property market worth. Takes balanced approach between buyer and seller. Very very good
There wasn’t any delay or anything while we bought house.he was good professional man for real estate.but Some of his staff is more worst than I expected. That peoperty was my investment property.we gave it to same realestate to look after.there is a manager name of sai sook of all property people ingleburn. She never email,text and call reply anything about my property. Most of time i got told she is on sick leave. Still she haven’t given my house’s key back.she said to receptionist always,She is gonna drop your key in my house,but that tomorrow hasn’t been come yet.this is just normal example.i got lots of bad experice with some people of office. One staff can make people’s bad thinking concept,that’s why i am writing to you guys. All the staff need to be best to get good achievement. Who knows next time i won’t like even adele,because some bad people.
