He was very informative and advised on the next steps, as well as on the financial aspects of the service with excellent followup. Every step of the process was quick and easy and Sam provided a great level of communication every step of the way and sold my property within committed days of meeting him. Sam was an excellent agent because he kept us updated at all times with the open homes and what was going to happen from week to week up to the auction. With the open homes he would ring and let us know how many people went through on that day and any feedback that those people gave him. He kept us informed about the advertising and when different things would be happening from the very start when we chose him. At the auction of the house he worked hard to get us the best result that he could and we were very happy with the out come.

Sam is a credible, professional and straight to the point agent who provided me with exceptional service, and most importantly up to date frequent communication. I had my property listed with a major well known & reputable agent that could not sell the listing after 3 months. I switched over to Sam who sold it within 3 weeks and just 2 open homes. I regret not going with Sam in the first place as it would've saved so much time, money and effort. A lesson learned for future and I would not hesitate to recommend ASRE on the back of this experience.
