Second time, still great service!
Sometimes when a business already has you as a customer, they dont try as hard. Not Steve! This is the second property that we have purchased through Allen Real Estate and Steves service this time was just a kind, caring, understanding and knowledgable as last time. We purchased our Toogoom home remotely through Steve . Steve was friendly, helpful and efficient.
The use of video and a comprehensive set of photos provided by Allen Property were instrumental in acquiring our property remotely. We didn't see it in the flesh until settlement day. We are very pleased with our purchase. Steve always responded to our questions, even if that required liaising with the current owner to get the answers. Steve was also fastidious when it came to the protocols of settlement and communicating with our solicitor that we had engaged for conveyancing.
