Allison sold our rental property previously in this same residential area for considerably more than other agents valued it at. We received a much better price for the first property than other similar properties which were sold around the same time by other agents. This time we again chose Allison to sell our home property. The property took quite some time to sell, however, Allison did not at any time request we lower the price unreasonably to get a rapid sale or lose hope that we would get a fair price for it. We were hassled by other agents calling to inform us they had an interested buyer. We continually referred them to Allison as our agent and asked them not to contact us. We were very happy with the price we received, which was exactly the amount we thought it was worth.
