Hayley was our property manager and then our sales agent. Selling a home is an emotional experience and after just having a newborn the process of selling our home felt daunting but Hayley was the agent we never knew we needed. From my first contact with Ireland via a phone call , it was obvious that the team at Allure were going to provide an exceptional service ! Ireland was so friendly and polite on the phone, and helped us imediately with applying to purchase our unit, she was very calm and courteous to help with anything I asked :) even when I rang quite a few times she was always so happy to help. We had a lot of rejections from other agents phone calls not returned and even agents that were not interested at all. Hayley called a few hours later she was so friendly and gracious, congratulating us that our Expression of Interest to purchase was accepted! We chose a 14 day settlement this went so smoothly, Hayley made everything so easy from documents to complete and send the process was amazingly smooth anything we needed, from advice on body corporate information, searches, renovation made to the property , thier knowledge of the area and market was so helpful with our purchase!
