Alisha and her team went out their way to help us have a smooth sale. I was very upset about having to sell my home of over 30years, but with Alisha and her team they put it all into prospective. She was there to help pack, made me an offer I could not refuse and sold some of my furniture for me. Where else could you get a Real Estate person to do that? Only at Blackall Range real estate.

I wasn’t an easy client to convince there was still a human element in real estate. We met Elisha with battle scars from months of searching and negotiating and experienced quite some characters and undesirable game playing along the way. Whilst we had some challenges to be expected with negotiations I have to say Elisha conducted herself with grace and a firm and fair business acumen that didn’t waiver. She has the perfect balance of commercial sales skills to get the best for her sellers whilst also the ability to work with buyer and seller for a mutually agreeable outcome adapting where necessary with market changes etc For this reason we felt compelled to pursue our property as we felt safe and in good hands through the process. I have been in sales myself my entire life and I whole heartedly back and recommend Elisha wishing her every success in her Directorship with the recently Re branded Alora real estate and holiday homes.
