There are so many good words already used by the others to describe Bill and I may just share my personal experience. Bill offered good ideas on the sale strategy and guided us through the pros and cons of the approaches. His network helped bring the right prospective buyers to view our property and that gave us a handle on getting realistic about pricing and knowing when would be the opportune time to keep or change our sale approach. Bill communicates well, he wouldn't bother us with every bit of detail but then I felt relaxed trusting that he knew exactly what he was doing. Against my usual work style of planning everything in great detail and needing to have a sense of control over things, I surprised myself that I didn't worry much at all during the whole sale and marketing process - this attributed to trusting Bill's knowledge of the area, the market and his efficiency, he made us feel that we could leave the burden with him. I am sure Bill went out of his way to organise things more than what one would expect a sale agent to do. He sold our house at a good price within a short time and without worries. What more could one ask for?
