5 Dec 24: While managing my property, they neglected to address a minor issue in the house in a timely manner, despite multiple follow-ups. This negligence led to significant damage, for which they took no responsibility, leaving me to bear the entire cost of the loss. 7 Dec 24 Update after reply of LJ Hooker : As I can't reply to LJHooker comment , I update my review here . That reply is totally wrong and opposite of what happened ; they got my approvals and even follow ups but obviously had other priorities to take care of the issues in my property . I can provide chain of the communication with the agency and correspondence for whoever who needs it. Also , after the handover of the documents asked them for 'files of the inspection pictures and they didn't reply. They just gave me hard copies of the pictures.
