Right from the open house Rahul and Arjun were highly responsive to enquiries and despite an unfortunate circumstance where the seller initiated a race-to-exchange, I found them to be excellent throughout the entire process. From open house until exchange I was in daily contact with Rahul by phone and email, sometimes multiple times a day ensuring I was across everything happening as a first home buyer. After exchange Rahul and Arjun were still highly responsive, assisting with obtaining gas meter information when the energy company had issues connecting the meter. Furthermore, they ensured all the defects identified in the pre-exchange inspection were fixed prior to the pre-settlement inspection, even though due to the race-to-exchange the defects were not included in the contract and thus not legally required to be fixed. They were also really accommodating with handing over the keys at the property after settlement, saving me a trip into the city.
