I found Rahul to be a professional, friendly, and proactive communicator when it came to my first home buying experience. He was very patient throughout the process even when it took a little longer than anticipated. As the seller's agent he still took the time to answer any questions we had on the process, and was happy to communicate directly with ourconveyancer and broker when required; both of whom also had only positive things to say about Rahul having worked with him previously on other matters. My review extends to Arjun and the rest of Altair Property as well. Rahul and the team have been very pleasant to deal with since the original open home inspection where they were happy to provide information in a frank and open manner and also kept us in mind even when we were overseas. Upon our exchange of contracts, Rahul and Arjun even kindly provided us with a surprise 'welcome home' gift and the opportunity to take a 'Sold' photo out the front of the property. Rahul is a consummate professional and I couldn't have imagined the process to be any smoother with someone like him at the helm.

Andrew was superbly efficient from the start. He took the time and effort to making the sales succeed including providing advice and assistance at every step of the way. He helped fast tracked the sales with the buyer wanting early access, engaging with the solicitors and even went out of the way to work with the rental agents for access at every step.
