We found Danny ( and Layla ) to be energetic and helpful. They were patient and supportive throughout the marketing process and certainly kept things moving. Came to appreciate the effort Danny put in behind the scenes and even though our result fell short of original expectations it was an acceptable realisation, in truth there was only one true player throughout, which underlined for us the cooling of the market. Danny is a awesome agent and we persolly met through an open home we were testing the market and 3 days later we were signed up to sell our house which was sold before officially coming on the market. Further to the above he took phone calls outside office hours whether that be advice on the market and honest valuation due to surprising quick sale of our property putting us in a position to purchase or rent ASAP knowing that I have a small family to move. He showed empathy due to this fact. He understands the psychology aspects to sale and marketing. No doubts that he will be a very successful agent as he grows with this competitive market and the psychology of vendor and buyer to get the best result for both parties before the Solitors take action. I wish him all the best and will use him moving forward if he is to stay within the industry with any of my further business as a builder.

Great Agent, Support from start to finish.
Danny was a Fantastic Agent for us and we highly recommend him. He walked us through the process and was with us the entire way. This being our first home was very exciting yet also a nervous time for us. Danny was extremely patient with us as we got our lawyer and financials etc sorted. As it was our first house we weren't very sure of what happened from the beginning to the finish, thankfully Danny explained everything to us and always gave us professional advice whenever we asked. We hope that should we ever decide to sell or go down the path of an investment that we can deal with Danny again in the future.
