True to His Word

I was sceptical of Luke and the representatives of AMProperty Agency when I first encountered them as they looked slick, and I thought, here comes another real estate agent to deliver the bluster without the substance. And yes, Luke (and Adam) were slick, but the more they delivered their pitch, the more confidence I had that they would follow through with their commitments. Luke said he and Adam would be at all the open houses (which they were), and they said they would follow up on all inquiries post-open house, which they did. We were constantly kept updated after each open house. Luke was always available, even out of hours. Sometimes, my calls went to his voicemail, but Luke always responded within minutes. Luke went above and beyond with organising watering of plants (deceased estate) and tradesman and even swept the pathways and courtyards (as I resided interstate). I liked how they were able to focus on the positives of the property and how they intended to manage situations when prospective buyers would highlight issues with the house (it was 52 years old and required updating). I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, and Luke was a refreshing change in that he delivered on his commitments. We went to auction, and whilst you never know what will happen on the day with this mode of sale, I couldn't have asked for more of Luke and knew that he had done as much as he could to get a sale across the line. The auctioneer on the day was on point. His preamble included everything we wanted to say about our family home of 52 years. Thankfully, we got a result that we were happy with at the auction. Thanks, Luke (and Adam). I wish I had more property to sell with you guys!
