I’m writing this as a genuinely honest review, and I can confidently say that 5 stars isn’t enough. I remember initially thinking the reviews where people left their phone numbers were a bit much, but after working with Luke, I completely understand why. He never gave me a reason to doubt him and consistently showed genuine commitment to my property from start to finish. Luke was the first agent I met with to sell my house and, as a single female, I was naturally quite skeptical and cautious about the whole process, especially not wanting to be overcharged or mislead. In our initial meeting, I asked a lot of questions and really put him through his paces. I questioned everything, from his previous sales to his current knowledge and overall game plan, but he handled it all with complete honesty and professionalism. From the beginning, he gave me a really good feeling. He came across as genuine, honest, and not someone trying to sell me a story just to win my business. Within the first few days of signing with Luke, I was already impressed by his responsiveness, reassurance, and professionalism. Even when I had late-night questions, he was quick to respond and always took the time to explain things clearly so I fully understood each step. No request ever felt like too much. I would absolutely recommend Luke. He knows his stuff, is clearly an expert in the field, and there’s a reason he has such strong reviews. We have bought & sold in 3 states. We haven't been impressed by any agent we dealt with, until now. Luke, from the start was impressive. Nothing was too hard, his knowledge of the real estate game was excellent, his enthusiasm never wavered, his communication throughout was exceptional. The auction went smoothly, and the teams conduct was very professional, with a wonderful result.

We rushed onto the market with Luke so we could purchase another home, his organisation, contacts, confidence, and communication were Amazing and his assistance with organising trades people quickly to prepare our home for sale definitely helped us get our property on the market extremely quickly. From the very beginning, Luke was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt like we were a priority. We especially found the frequent emails about the property very useful as this made it stand out among others. (No other realestate agent did this,(great tactic by the way.))
