Super easy and smooth transition!
As a first home buyer and not knowing what to expect Rolf communicated at every step of the process and answered all the questions extremely thoroughly. Due to my work hours Rolf was also able to accomodate talking to me at a time that suited myself, which I am extremely grateful for. The process was extremely smooth and I didn’t haven’t to go chasing any further documentation or information as Rolf was extremely transparent and had all the information available. Purchase of Wollongong Property
The process of purchasing can be a very stressful time but Rolf has been communicative and so we have been aware of the circumstances at every turn. He has always been very supportive and accommodating so that we have been able to take our time assessing the property prior to purchase and before settlement. As we have been coming from Sydney he has always made the time to meet with us despite the fact that he has had a very busy schedule, particularly on a Saturday morning. We have been so impressed with his service and care, that we will stay with AM Rutty as Managers of our new property. Nothing ever seems too much bother for him and for this we are very grateful.
