We have know Robert for many years and my mother in law always loved Robert for his kindness throught 25 years odd that he has helped her purchase and sell property. As she has passed during this year she wanted only Robert to sell the remaining properties and in the past month he has helped sell her home which she loved and purchased of Robert around 2000. I have had and heard of Agents telling you that they will get a high price on your property than other Agents and in the end you feel let down as it sells for the market value or less and not the inflated price they conned you for the listing. Well that is far from what you will get with Robert, everything he told us came true on both of the two property sales, so he knows the market and I would trust in him implicitly for future sales.
