Graeme was readily available to provide consistent updates of the progress made with potential buyers whether in person, by phone, email or online. He was utterly professional from start to finish and was sensational to deal with. He provided frank and honest feedback in addition to suggestions on how to best present the property for viewing. At all times he made us comfortable with the sale process. He also provided a professional response to our initial questions and was willing to provide a comprehensive presentation of his company’s capabilities and strengths. Graeme clearly had intimate historical and contemporary knowledge of the local real estate market and demonstrated a clear understanding of the best way to market and sell our property. He also had extensive knowledge of the broad groups of people that may have interest in the property. He also organised a valuable pre-auction meeting with the principal and auctioneer Anthony Roumanous which provided us with a professional and comprehensive overview of what to expect on auction day.
