Graeme, has not only sold one but two properties for us in the last 6 months but he's done much more than that. He has been instrumental in advising us every step of the way, being honest and open about the market expectations and has also spent time researching new homes we were interested in after a curious quick email we'd sent, he'd send through an entire report and summary on what to expect and how to make the best purchase for our family. He continues to assist us even referring a few tradies for for some small reno work. Can not recommend him enough!
