The process was very quick. My property went on the market just a few days before the lock downs began in Sydney. My property was a well presented, tastefully renovated top floor two bedroom UNIT which was well lit with a car space. I had an offer on the first open day which was $15,000 over the market value and a record for the block. The unit was sold.
