I normally do not write a review. This is an exceptional case. I want to write this review because I want any potential vendors out there in Bankstown-Canterbury area to have the best service that I had with him. Joshua focuses on the "product" that he is selling, not on the price. He wants the property in the best possible presentation before taking it to the market. This means that he will put the extra effort, that I normally do not see other agents do, to upgrade/repair the property does not matter how long it takes.
