I've seen a lot of agents from various real estates recently, but Craig and his team from Ray White Bankstown, in my opinion, were so professional.... Craig is very friendly and "up front" from the very beginning. No "Spin" and "no pressure" whatsoever.... He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and reinforced if there was anything he could do, to please don't hesitate....5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was motivated to buy this property after talking to Graeme. He was very transparent and answered all my questions. He showed me around the house and was quite generous in sharing his professional advice even though I was late to the house inspection. He treats all house inspectors as potential buyers. I highly recommend his service.

Long before I chose Graeme as my agent, my decision to sell my house was a huge and hard, then researching my selection was filled with worry and I kept deferring. When I finally plucked up the courage to call Graeme , after just a few minutes of chatting with him a lot of my worries were eased and without calling any other agents I had made my decision to hire Graeme which turned out to be a fantastic choice! Every step of the way Graeme talked me through what would happen, I didn’t know all the questions to ask but he gave me all the answers I needed and everything went exactly as he advised it would. What a relief to feel so in control. There is a lot involved in selling a house from organising a solicitor, chatting to potential buyers, coordinating cleaners and gardeners and marketing.. all of that was handled with ease by Graeme, he got me great deals on everything! When the big day came for auction (as I was shaking in my boots) Graeme comforted me and walked me through exactly what to expect, and so before the auction had begun I had a clear view on what we hoped to achieve and then we exceeded it! What a happy moment! I would recommend Graeme, I want to share this wonderful gem of agent so that everyone has as positive experience as I did in this journey. Who would of thought that my favourite part of being a home owner was selling that title, I am sure I owe this wonderful outcome to having shared the experience with Graeme.
